This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors from the EU or EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies alongside it.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, the hosting provider, Vercel Inc. (USA), records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These server logs are needed to run the site safely and are kept only briefly.
There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The site sets no cookies beyond what is technically necessary, such as remembering the language you chose.
When you write to me or book
If you send an email or book a session, I receive what you share: your name, email address, phone number, your message and the appointment details. I use this only to answer you, to arrange and deliver the service, and to send you your report.
Emails are handled through my email provider, GoDaddy.com, LLC (USA). For clients, booking and contact details are also kept in my business Google Drive (Google LLC, USA).
During and after your session
Before the appointment I send a few questions about your style and wardrobe. During the session I take notes on your coloring, and afterwards I prepare your personal report and palette. The report is designed in Canva (Canva Pty Ltd, Australia) and, together with my notes and any paper worksheets, kept in my business Google Drive.
With your agreement I may take photographs during the draping to compare colors side by side. These are stored in my business Google Drive and deleted within 60 days.
Your report and notes are kept for up to two years after the session, so I can pick up where we left off if you come back. After that they are deleted. You can ask me to delete them earlier at any time.
Payments and online booking
Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Stripe handles your card details directly; I never see your full card number, only the confirmation of the payment, the amount and your name. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that processing: stripe.com/privacy.

Service providers outside Switzerland
Some of the providers above are based outside Switzerland, in the USA, Ireland and Australia. Data is shared with them only to the extent needed for hosting, email, storage, report design and payment, and each transfer rests on recognised safeguards: the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the Swiss and EU authorities.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it is used, or receive a copy in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on my legitimate interest. Write to hello@sabrinagarland.com and I will respond promptly.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, the data protection authority where you live.
Security and changes
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to client information is limited to me.
I may update this policy as the service develops, for example when online booking goes live. The current version is always the one on this page.
