Booking terms

An appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are listed on the Color Services page. Payment is made online by card through Stripe, or in another way agreed with me by email.

Cancelled 48 hours or more before the appointment: full refund.

Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 50% refund.

Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or not attended: no refund. You may reschedule once, at no extra cost, as long as you arrange the new date with me within seven days of the original appointment. The new date itself can be later than that. If the rescheduled appointment is not kept, it is forfeited and a new booking is needed.

Life happens. If you fall ill or an emergency comes up, tell me as soon as you can and we will find a new date together at no cost. This is a goodwill exception for genuine cases, not a substitute for the cancellation terms above.

The full experience is priced below the three services booked separately. Each of its three appointments follows the cancellation terms above. A refund for one appointment is calculated in proportion to the bundle price: the appointment's standalone price divided by the total of the three standalone prices, applied to the bundle price, and then the refund percentage.

For example: the Color Analysis Session is 300 CHF of 950 CHF when booked separately, so its share of the 800 CHF bundle is about 253 CHF. A full refund of that appointment returns about 253 CHF.

If I need to cancel or move an appointment, you choose: a new date that suits you, or a full refund.

A full refund in this case means you receive back the whole amount you paid. Any payment processing fees are my cost, not yours.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of my confirmation.
